Youth Advisory Council Goals
- To train young people on how to be leaders on the issues they burn for.
- To help foster extreme and beneficial youth-adult partnerships, as well as relationships among youth participants.
- To accomplish goals beyond one persons imagination; we work as a team.
- To give young people a voice in the world, causing awesome changes to occur.
- To provide young people with the opportunities and resources to create social change.
- To create collaboration among Hampton Roads youth.
- To advocate violence prevention throughout the state on local and political levels.
