The Ymedia Youth Advisory Council (YAC) was created with a vision, from a couple of teenagers, to unite all of the Ymedia sites.
With this goal in mind, the council began, bringing together six middle and high schools from across Hampton Roads.
Since then we have grown. In our third year, YAC has become a network of youth from all over the area. It’s kind of like a community Ymedia club, although school Ymedia members are invited.
New members are always welcome, and we’re always looking for new ways to mature. Explore our site to find out how we’ve grown so far.
